Train with your favorite caoch and work super hard. remember, if you train with emotion and purpose, you race with passion and confidence! So lay off the sugar cookies and anything else fattening you eat cause its time to get long and lean! Who cares if you are only 5 feet tall? You may be the next Micheal Phelps! It dosnt matter how short youare :) I recentley stopped drinking soda, and its been about 2 months now, and feel so much healthier! And my teeth arn't yellow! So lose some pounds, work hard! Its just around the corner!
